Sprayground offers a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Securely pack your Sprayground gear in its original box or mailer, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in brand-new condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
